Call me lazy but since having the surgery I hate cooking for myself only, the quantity I can eat compared to the amount I cook makes me alittle ummm depressed.
So in the mornings I use my mini toaster from Kmart to make quick breakkys for myself.
Today I made this
1 egg - 6g protein
1 slice low fat Kraft singles cheese - 4.7g protein
1 tablespoon low fat milk - .08gr protein
I pulled apart a pitta bread sheet & wrapped the egg inside a small 1/4 of bread.
Nothing to the recipe, cleaning up is just as easy I wait til the toaster has cooled down & either hold it under hot water or wipe it down.
Now im full & satisfied but have no room left to wash it down with water....damn....
